Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged
• The product is defective
• The product is different from what you ordered
• Wrong size, color, or design delivered

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The product should have all tags, labels, and original packaging
• A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Washed or used items
• Color variations caused by screen or lighting (small variation is normal)
• Customized or made-to-order items

Our team will review the request and update you within 24–48 hours.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refunds will be issued through:

• Original payment method
• Bank transfer (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case the return is rejected (wrong claim, used product, or missing tags), the item will be shipped back to the customer.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:

• The received product is defective
• You received a wrong item
• Size or color delivered is incorrect

Exchange is subject to product availability.

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
